I
began my passion for art at a young age, around 11 years old. Some
of my favorite artists that inspire me are Salvador Dali, Hans Bellmer,
Henry Fuseli, Hieronymus Bosch, Pablo Picasso, Max Ernst, Dorothea
Tanning, Auguste Rodin, Gustav Klimt, M.C Escher and many more. I
mostly enjoy surrealism, visionary and fantasy art.
Most of my work comes from a combination of dreams, my life, and my
very vivid imagination. I have not attended any artistic schooling
currently, I am mostly self taught. I am very inspired by and listen
to music mostly progressive metal/rock. Some of the artist I like
are Dream Theater, Symphony X, Andromeda, Rush, Yes, Led Zeppelin,
Liquid Tension, Tool, Greg Rapaport, and many more. |
After a short Hiatus of having my two wonderful children,
I feel very inspired to pick up where I left my art. To pursue it and
learn as much as I can. Right now I mostly work with pencil both graphite
and color. I mostly use Derwent products. I have in the past worked with
other mediums such as oil, watercolor,acrylic and pen.
I hope you enjoy checking out some of my art work on my site. I am still
very much in the learning stages and I feel always will be. I like to
think that its a great outlet for all of the crazy stuff that runs rampant
in my mind.
